Note: Live plants are only eligible for refunds if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

❌ Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.
❌ Shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
3. How to Request a Refund

5. Order Cancellations
