✅ The item is not damaged or altered.
✅ You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Note: Live plants are perishable items. Returns for plants are only accepted if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
❌ Plants that have been removed from their original pots or altered in any way.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.
❌ Gift cards.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Process

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
